Terms of UsePrivacy PolicyRisk Disclosure

The short version

  • No accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, phone or ID, and never for your recovery phrase.
  • Your recent swaps stay in your own browser.
  • No ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics.
  • Services such as the swap engine, price data, your wallet and blockchain networks receive data directly when you use them.

1. Who we are

Arivion DeFi (“Arivion”, “we”, “us”) runs the Arivion DeFi website (the “Site”). We are the personal information controller, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), for the personal information processed through the Site. This policy explains what that information is, why we use it, and your rights. Our contact details are in section 12.

2. What we collect and why

Technical data

Like any website, the Site's hosting provider automatically handles connection data for every request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and fix errors, and is kept only for a short time under the provider's log settings.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as needed.

We don't ask for or collect your name, phone number, government ID, bank details or precise location. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys.

3. Stored on your device

The Site saves a few things in your browser's local storage so it works the way you expect:

  • the swaps you started on this device, so you can find them on Track Swap; and
  • settings saved by Swap & Bridge and your wallet connection, such as the last network you used.

This stays on your device and isn't sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for the Site removes it. The Site doesn't use cookies for advertising or analytics.

4. Services that receive data directly

When you use the Site, your browser connects directly to the services below. They receive your IP address and the information each feature needs, and handle it under their own privacy policies:

  • Mayan (Sand Lake Labs, Ltd.), which powers Swap & Bridge: it loads the swap, provides quotes, prices and token search, and looks up the swaps you track. It receives wallet addresses, transaction details and swap IDs. See its privacy policy.
  • Jupiter (Block Raccoon S.A.), which provides the live prices, 24h changes and charts on the Stocks page. It receives the list of tokens shown. See its privacy policy.
  • Your wallet and wallet-connection services, such as Phantom, MetaMask or WalletConnect (Reown), when you connect a wallet.
  • Blockchain networks and node providers, which read balances and broadcast the transactions you sign.
  • Image and font hosts: CoinGecko, Backpack Exchange and assets.labsapis.com for token logos, and Google Fonts.
  • Our hosting provider, which serves the Site.

5. Blockchains are public

Wallet addresses and transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see them, and they can't be changed or deleted, by us or anyone else. If someone links your wallet address to you, they can see its balances and history. Keep this in mind before you share your address.

6. Why we're allowed to use it

We process personal information to provide the features you ask for, for our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site, and to meet our legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run the Site (section 4), when the law or a valid order requires it, to protect the rights and safety of users or Arivion, or as part of a transfer of the Site to a new operator.

8. Outside the Philippines

Our service providers may process data in other countries, such as the United States and members of the European Union. We choose established providers that protect the data they handle.

9. How long we keep it

Hosting logs are kept only briefly. Messages you send are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Data on your device stays until you clear it.

10. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to have your data corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To use these rights, contact us (section 12). We may need to confirm it's you. Because we keep so little, there may be nothing for us to provide, and you can remove the data stored in your browser yourself.

11. Security and children

The Site is served over an encrypted connection and keeps as little data as possible, but no system is perfectly secure. Watch out for fake sites and messages: Arivion will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys.

The Site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll point out important changes on the Site.
